PSP Version- Monster Hunter Freedom 2
This game, Monster Hunter 2 or Freedom 2 is not a sequal of the first game, Monster Hunter. So you can hop right on to the train and play this game without playing Monster Hunter first. The game starts with quests looking really hard, but the player will get into the hang of them. It is not that soon from starting that the player will go from slaying little dinosaur looking monsters to slaying HUGE 19 foot tall, 25 foot wing span dragons. There are many ways to capture and even kill monsters, with that you need weapons right? Well there are MANY kinds of weapons.
From that, you are a hunter. Hunter's also can and pretty much have to weaponcraft. Weaponcrafting involves the hunter to look for objects and items that are needed to create a specific weapon you want. Same thing for Armorcrafting, but armorcrafting is more complicated.
What is very useful in this game is 2 things. AdHoc(Local)Multiplayer, and downloadable quests and items. The local multiplayer is very fun with up to 4 friends, which can help you throughout your quests. The downloadable quests are useful because then the game never ends. Hundreads of downloadable things at your disposal.
Happy Huntings!!
