Same as for part one;
There's about a 100% chance that i made a mistake somewhere in this guide, so if you see one, move closer to your screen, i mean very close.. and stare at my mistake for about 5 minutes.. It will eventually go away
Most of the numbers in those charts were tested ingame, if you want to know about the "know how" of these numbers take a look at this excellent guide from Ender:
4 - The Tremulous.h File
The guide is divided in two for size and better loading.
You can reach part one of this guide here:
Trem~Chart: Aliens 1/2
Enjoy!
=================================
The Marauder
The marauder distinguish himself among the aliens with is high agility.
Having the ability to "wall-jump/rebound", he's able to reach places, gain speed and attack the humans without being an easy target to shoot at.
Also along with is high agility and fast attack rate it makes him ideal for hit&run attacks on hummies and kamikaze rushes on their telenodes.
=================================
The Advanced Marauder
This advanced version of the marauder as a few better specs and an extra attack.
The zap, allows him to attack multiple targets, up to 3, at the same time through a chain-lightning.
=================================
The Dragoon
The dragoon is the main soldier of the aliens.
He's the one that enables the aliens to put the pressure on hummies before the tyrants are available.
Is powerful slash, high health and great mobility with the pounce, makes him one of the most fierce adversary for the humans.
=================================
The Advanced Dragoon
This is the advanced version of the dragoon.
As you can see in the chart it as more life, but he also as a more powerful pounce, giving it more distance or height.
The adv-dragoon also as a range attack, it as the ability to shoot barbs at the humans and their buildings.
*Note that on our community server Dretch*Storm, the adv-dragoon's barbs have an extra feature.
They can bounce of surfaces; walls,floors and such, making them alot more useful to attack the humans base and tards hidden in vent.
=================================
The Tyrant
The tyrant is the top of the evolution for the aliens, they can deliver a huge amount of damage to the humans and their buildings.
Once the aliens have reach stage 3 and have access to these aliens, it definitely changes the course of the game.
*Note that the healing aura of the tyrant enable all aliens, but the tyrants, to have a greater regen-rate. In fact it doubles their default regeneration rate when they stand near them.
*Note that the charge is not the ideal way to move around with the rant, due to the damages it can cause to its teamates.
Especially that with strafe-jumping you can achieve about the same speed without being an ass and bleeding your whole team.
=================================
If there's one thing or tip that would came out of the numbers in this guide, is how the light armor can make a difference for the humans and shouldn't be overlooked at stage 1 just to save credits for stage 2.
