It's very simple, but will throw people off the first time.
Certain applications won't run on OS X natively, even when the applications site says that it's available for Macs. When that's the case, the answer is simple: X11.
X11 is an extra utility for OS X that will allow you to run those non-native OS X applications on your Mac. Warzone 2100 is one of those applications (another example is GIMP). Follow these simple instructions to get it to work.

1. On your Extras DVD in your OS X Installation DVD set, you will find the X11 installer.

2. Pop that disk into your Mac.

3. Run the X11 installer(s).

4. Close the installer when it's done.

5. Eject the disk.

6. Run Warzone 2100.

Some people don't of won't have their installation disks with them so here's some links to download some of the versions:

Mac OS X 10.3 through 10.3.9

Mac OS X 10.4 through 10.4.9

Mac OS X 10.5 and any later versions (Note: This is a link to tell you how to get Tiger's X11 to work on Leopard, 'cause Leopards verion isn't good, so you'll have to get that one, too.)
