This layout I believe is a very defensive Stage 1 alien base during scrims. First thing you should do, is delete the four acid tubes in the front. Those really have no purpose in defending and can be used elsewhere more effectively. With those four tubes, place them on the ramp leading up to the Overmind.

Make sure that you space the tubes in just the right spots so that a Stage 1 Granger can crawl up through them if needed.
After you have accomplished that task, you should construct a third egg on the opposite ramp. This makes it more difficult for Humans to saw it. With that egg, just for extra protection, construct an acid tube behind or in front of it. Which ever is easiest for how you placed it. With your remaining build points, construct acid tubes in front of the hallway entrance.

Remember to keep in mind that if you place them a little too forward, they can be shot from the hall. So keep them slightly hidden behind the wall you have there. Before Humans reach Stage 2, it would be a wise idea to place the Overmind back far enough so that there is no possible way for a painsaw to get back there and kill it.

When it is building, you should keep all of your teammates in the base to help defend if anything wrong happens.
