Have you guys been keeping up with the latest virus they have been talking about on the news?

Seems that the virus is spreading pretty fast. Here is a link to a report of an infected atm machine.

I scanned my and my mother's computer yesterday

I was clear, but my mum has like 70 lame viruses called like

document.txt                                                       .exe

and 2 trojans, thankfully no worm.

I spent quite a bit of time getting my neighbors machine cleaned up and then my sister calls me from the east coast with a similar problem. Nothing worked for so she wiped and reinstalled. There 4 hours of her life she wont get back plus all the time trying to remove it.

I told her she could install an entire Distro in 40 minutes with all the software. She is now going to try dual booting with Linux. I've already converted my Brother & my other Sister over and they love it now. It just works!
