Online docs

The website FAQ has documentation about most website features. Please check the FAQ pages before asking through other means. The docs are updated periodically so remember to check them back once in a while.

Live chat

For one-on-one help, you can try our live chat on IRC. Other users like you usually hang out and some are happy to help inexperienced (newbie) members. Live chat is the best way to get quick help. To access the chat, join channel #gameboom on the FreeNode IRC Network (server irc.freenode.net). An easier way to get on the chat via the website is in our Chat page.

Help forums

In our Community Help Forum you may ask other members for help, or browse posts to find answers and help yourself. Remember that others are not obligated to help you, so please be patient.

Do you have an idea for a new website feature? Tell us! We are always looking to improve and bring new cool stuff to you.
